上颌前牙种植美学修复46颗的临床评价

摘　　要：目的评价上颌前牙区种植体的临床应用效果。方法 38例上颌前牙缺失的患者,植入ITI种植体46颗,植入后2～4个月完成上部结构修复。术后随访6～12个月。结果种植修复后临床效果满意率达95%。但有2例出现颈缘金属外露,1例1年后唇侧牙龈退缩。结论上前牙缺失在种植外科手术时,需注意种植体植入的三维方向,大多数需采用引导骨再生技术恢复牙槽骨的骨量及丰满度,以达到理想的美学效果。Objective To investigate the clinical application of esthetic implant in maxillary anterior zone and evaluate the effects.Methods 38 patients with maxillary anterior teeth loss were placed with 48 ITI implants.Superior restorations were completed 2-4 months subsequently.All the cases were followed up by 6-12 months.Results The rate of clinical satisfaction reached 95%.But 2 cases failed with the metal cervical margin visible and one case showed gingival recession 1 year after restoration.Conclusions For the cases with anterior teeth loss,the implant surgeon should pay attention to the direction of the implant in 3 dimensions.To fulfill the esthetic effects,the GBR techniques should be adopted in mainly cases to rebuild adequate alveolar bone.
