摘 要:目的研究灌服川续断水煎液对大鼠正畸牙移动的影响。方法选择48只SPF级Wistar大鼠,随机分2组,每组24只,于上颌一侧第一磨牙与上切牙之间结扎正畸螺旋弹簧,建立大鼠正畸牙齿移动实验模型。实验组每日灌服6g/kg川续断水煎液;对照组每日灌服3ml生理盐水。两组动物于正畸加力7、14、21、28d后分批处死,取上颌磨牙及牙周组织,测量上颌第一磨牙近中移动距离并行统计学分析。结果正畸加力7d,实验组大鼠第一磨牙近中移动距离与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。正畸加力14、21、28d,实验组大鼠第一磨牙近中移动距离明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川续断能够加速正畸牙齿的移动速度。Objective To research the effects of feeding Dipsacus asper Wall decoction on orthodontic tooth movement in rats.Methods 48 rats were divided into two groups randomly.Orthodontic coil spring was fixed between the maxillary first molar and the two central incisors.The experimental group were fed with 6 g/kg Dipsacus asper Wall decoction,while the control group were fed with normal saline 3 ml every day.The two groups of rats were executed in batches on days 7,14,21,28.Then maxillary molars and periodontium specimens were taken out,and the movement distances of maxillary first molar were measured and analyzed statistically.Results Significant differences of the first molar movement distances were found between the experimental group and the control group after applying orthodontic stress on 14 d,21 d,28 d(P〈 0.05).Conclusions Dipsacus asper Wall can accelerate the speed of orthodontic tooth movement.
