摘　　要：目的评价开窗减压术治疗大型颌骨囊肿的临床效果。方法选择符合条件的72例大型颌骨囊肿患者,采用开窗减压引流术,定期复查,观察囊腔内颌骨骨质增生情况。结果 72例患者术后随诊18～24个月,囊腔逐渐被新生骨完全替代,部分或完全愈合。结论开窗术简单实用,并发症少,能保持颌骨的完整性。Objective To evaluate the effects of fenestration on the large jaw bone cysts.Methods 72 eligible cases were treated with fenestration technique for decompression.Periodical observations were taken to assess the growth behavior of jaw bones in the cysts.Results The cysts cavity observed periodically from 18 to 24 months after the operation had been gradually replaced by the newborn bones.Conclusions The fenestration is a simple surgical approach with few complications,with can keep the integrity of jaw bones.
