窝沟封闭剂Densply的体外细胞毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究临床常用的窝沟封闭剂Densply的体外细胞毒性。方法:用细胞培养液浸提窝沟封闭剂Den-sply24h,配置不同浓度的浸提液(0.1～100 mg/mL),将小鼠成纤维细胞(L-929)在不同浓度的窝沟封闭剂Densply浸提液中分别培养24 h,通过Alamar Blue比色法,检测窝沟封闭剂Densply对L-929细胞相对增殖率(RGR)的影响,评价其细胞毒性。结果:L-929细胞呈现高的细胞增殖率,各浓度窝沟封闭剂Densply浸提液之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),其细胞毒性为0～1级。结论:高分子交联聚合物聚磷酸酯无明显的细胞毒性,具有较好的生物相容性。Objective：To investigate the in vitro cytotoxicity of fissure sealant Densply.Method：Cell culture medium was exposed to the fissure sealant Densply（0.1～100 mg/mL）for a period of 24 h.The L-929 mouse fibroblasts were then exposed to the treated cell culture medium for 24 h.Finally,cell viability and growth were assessed using Alamar Blue assay.Result：No significant cytotoxicity of the fissure sealant Densply against L-929 mouse fibroblasts was observed at a concentration up to 100 mg/mL（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The fissure sealant Densply does not demonstrate any significant toxic effects to cells in vitro.
