不同牙体预备量的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的:比较不同牙体预备量预备牙体后,1周2,周牙髓组织学结构的变化及差异。方法:选择Beagle犬的恒牙作为研究对象,用牙体预备前;预备牙体组织1.0 mm,1.5 mm,2.0 mm后即时;戴临时冠1周,2周,制备组织切片,观察牙髓组织结构的变化及差异。结果:牙体预备量为1.0 mm,牙髓组织正常。牙体预备量为1.5 mm即时牙髓组织切片镜下可见少量血管扩张,无炎性细胞浸润,1周时,牙髓正常;2周时,牙髓组织正常。牙体预备量为2.0 mm,牙髓组织切片镜下可见大量血管扩张,个别炎性细胞浸润,1周时,有少量血管扩张。2周时牙髓组织基本正常。结论:在同等条件下备牙量不同,可引起牙髓组织的不同变化,随着备牙量的增加牙髓组织的应急性反应愈加明显。Objective：To compare the pulpal response after different volume of tooth preparation and different time in vivo study.Method：To divide 30 teeth into 10 teams according to different volum of tooth preparationl and after different time.Histological sections were made to observe the pupal response.Result：When 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm was preparedt,he pulp were normal in every team.When 2.0 mm was preparedt,here was some inflammation cells in pulp immediately.After 1 weekt,he pulp covered the temporary crowns had some inflammation cells in pulp.After 2 weekst,he pulp with temporary crowns showed normal.Conclusion：The more volum prepared,it had more affection on pulp.
