摘　　要：从目前高校机房网络实际情况出发,利用ISA SERVER 2006(Internet Security & Acceleration Server2006)作为代理,对机房如何进行网络配置、网络控制、学生和老师权限控制等进行讨论,从而达到机房网络科学管理的目标,更好地服务于教学。Based on the current situation of University Computer Room network, we discussed how to realize network configuration, network control and access control of students and teachers by using ISA SERVER 2006 （Internet Security ＆ Acceleration Server 2006）as a proxy server, which can help us to achieve the aim of scientific management of computer network and better service for teaching.
