烟用三醋酸甘油酯的质量评价方法

摘　　要：本研究采用顶空-气相色谱法,对醋纤丝束滤棒所用三醋酸甘油酯增塑剂中的挥发性有机化合物进行了检测,并参考欧盟玩具通用标准EN71-9:2005中关于有机化合物限值的要求,建立本企业增塑剂的内控限量指标,实现对烟用三醋酸甘油酯更全面的质量评价。实验检测结果显示:①从三醋酸甘油酯的制作工艺及实验检测数据分析,三醋酸甘油酯中会含有微量的挥发性有机化合物;②在研究所采用的检测条件下,各组分检测响应值与样品含量呈良好线性相关关系,且仪器检测的灵敏度高、重复性良好;③纯度高的三醋酸甘油酯样品,同样可能存在挥发性有机化合物含量偏高的情况,不一定适用做烟用辅助材料。综上所述,采用顶空-气相色谱法检测烟用三醋酸甘油酯中挥发性有机化合物的含量、并进行质量评价,方法有效并且必要。The volatile organic compounds（VOCs） in triacetate,used as plasticizer in fliter rod,were analyzed by using headspace gas chromatography.And the limit of plasticizer content for enterprise was proposed based on the EU general standards of toy EN71-9：2005.Trace VOCs were found in triacetin and the response value of each component showed good linear correlation with the sample content under our analytical conditions.High VOCs content might be found in triacetin with high purity,thus the high-purity triacetin may not be suitable for used as tobacco auxiliary materialsin.In conclusion,headspace gas chromatography method was suitable for detection of VOCs,and for quality assessment of triacetin.
