摘　　要：目的通过CT与病理对照研究探讨CT诊断节细胞神经瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析8例经手术及病理证实的节细胞神经瘤的CT表现,并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果 8例均为巨大实性椭圆形肿块,肿块包膜均完整、边缘光滑清晰;8例肿块分别位于右后中下、左后中下和右后下纵隔,均沿脊柱生长,无椎间孔扩大,向下伸入膈脚后;8例肿块密度均欠均匀,3例肿块伴有一砂粒状钙化影,平扫时CT值为23～33Hu;动态增强扫描时动脉期8例肿块均呈无强化或强化不明显,静脉期8例肿块内均见有一条线形强化。结论节细胞神经瘤有一些特征性的CT表现,有助于提高节细胞神经瘤诊断的准确性;多层螺旋CT能清晰显示肿瘤与周围血管及邻近结构的关系,可为临床提供更多参考信息。Objective To investigate the CT features of ganglioneuroma by comparing with its pathological findings.Methods To analyse the CT appearance of 8 cases ganglioneuroma retrospectively confirmed by operation and pathology,and compare with the pathologic result.Results Eight cases are huge mass of solid oval with integrity coated and smooth,clear edge;they are respectively at the right middle and the left middle and right posterior inferior mediastinum,along the spine growth,no expansion of intervertebral foramen and down to enter into phrenic;their density are less uniform,Three case the mass with a sand calcification image.In plain scanning,the CT values is 23~33Hu;in dynamic state enhancement scanning,8 cases the mass are no enhancement or not obviously Strengthening at arterial phase,and have a linear strengthen at venous phase.Conclusion The ganglioneuroma has some characteristic CT appearance which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.The multilayer spiral CT can show the relationship between tumor and peripheral blood vessel and vicinal structure clearly.It can provide more reference information for clinic and operation.
