摘　　要：目的研究磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶p110β亚单位(PI3K p110β)在大肠癌癌变过程中,即大肠正常组织、大肠增生性息肉、大肠腺瘤、大肠癌的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测145例大肠组织标本中PI3K p110β的表达,用等级相关的秩和检验分析PI3K p110β在大肠病变组织中表达的意义及其与临床病理特征间的关系。结果PI3K p110β蛋白在正常大肠组织、大肠增生性息肉、大肠腺瘤、大肠癌中表达阳性率呈递增趋势,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠癌中PI3K p110β表达与肿瘤分化程度、患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),但与临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论PI3K p110β蛋白在大肠癌癌变过程中存在异常表达,并与临床分期密切相关,PI3K p110β的高表达与大肠癌的发生、发展、浸润转移有关。Objective To explore the expression of PI3K p110β in normal colorectal tissue,colorectal hyperplastic ployp,colorectal adenoma and primary colorectal carcinoma,and to investigate its significance in the progression of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of PI3K p110β was detected in 145 specimens including normal colorectal tissue,colorectal hyperplastic ployp,colorectal adenoma and primary colorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining（SP method）, the relationship between the expression of PI3K p110β protein and the clinical pathological factors was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of PI3K p110β was increased gradually in normal colorectal tissue,colorectal hyperplastic ployp,colorectal adenoma and primary colorectal carcinoma（P0.05）.The expression of PI3K p110β was related to Dukes＇stage,but not related to the degree of the tumor differentiation,gender or patient age. Conclusion Abnormal expression of PI3K p110β is found in the progression of colorectal cancer and the high expression of PI3K p110β was related to the development,nvasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
