摘  要:研究炭黑/氢氧化镁、红磷/氢氧化镁和硼酸锌/氢氧化镁协同阻燃硅橡胶的效果。结果表明,与单独添加氢氧化镁阻燃硅橡胶相比,炭黑/氢氧化镁具有显著的协同阻燃效应,炭黑/氢氧化镁阻燃硅橡胶的氧指数增大;炭黑/氢氧化镁协同阻燃效果明显优于红磷/氢氧化镁和硼酸锌/氢氧化镁;添加炭黑有助于提高氢氧化镁阻燃硅橡胶的燃烧成炭率和质量保持率。The synergistic flame retardant effect of carbon black/magnesium hydroxide,red phosphorus/magnesium hydroxide and zinc borate/magnesium hydroxide in silicone rubber was investigated.The results showed that,compared to magnesium hydroxide alone,carbon black/magnesium hydroxide had significant synergistic flame retardant effect,showing increased oxygen index.The synergistic effect of carbon black/magnesium hydroxide was better than that of red phosphorus/magnesium hydroxide and zinc borate/magnesium hydroxide.It was found that the ratio of burning carbonization and quality retention of magnesium hydroxide flame retardant silicone rubber were improved due to the addition of carbon black.
