摘　　要：应用基于数字样机技术的快速开发有关理论,结合目前空气弹簧的研究现状,提出一种新的空气弹簧开发方法并建立了快速开发平台。其关键流程及技术要点为建立合适的APQP流程、快速三维建模、性能仿真及动态模拟仿真。A new air spring design method was put forward and the development platform was set up based on current research situation of air spring and by using the theories of fast development from digital prototyping technology.The key procedure and technique were to set up advanced product quality planning（APQP）procedure,fast three-dimensional modeling,performance simulation and dynamic simulation.
