摘　　要：基于职工体育在企业文化建设方面所具有的重要作用,以体育文化的基本功能与企业文化结构要素存在的交集为出发点。通过建立职工体育参与度、企业文化以及企业文化结构要素的假设模型,根据72个合作项目样本数据,利用多层多元回归分析法进行检验。结论表明,高的职工体育参与度与先进的企业文化有较高的相关性;职工体育分别通过物质生产、行为、精神3方面的中介作用达到和实现对企业文化的积极影响。Staff sports play an important role in establishing corporate culture.The article focuses on the basic functions of sports culture and the component elements of corporate culture.Based on the hypothetical models of staff participation rate,corporate culture and the component elements of corporate culture,the author made an analysis of the sample data of 72 cooperation projects.The result shows that high staff participation rate closely correlates with advanced corporate culture.Staff sports exert active influence upon corporate culture through the intermediary role of material production,behavior and spirit.
