鸦胆子油乳联合曲普瑞林治疗晚期前列腺癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价鸦胆子油乳联合长效促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)曲普瑞林控释剂治疗晚期前列腺癌的有效性和安全性。方法:2007年1月至2009年3月对61例符合入选标准的患者进行随机分组、平行对照研究。治疗组(曲普瑞林控释剂联合鸦胆子油乳治疗)31例,对照组(曲普瑞林控释剂治疗)30例,观察期6个月。观察治疗前后血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、血清睾酮水平、kanofsky评分改善情况。严密观察和记录治疗过程中的不良事件,进行安全性评价。结果:治疗后3个月、6个月治疗组血清PSA水平、睾酮水平较对照组明显降低。两组不良事件发生率分别为12.9%和10%,组间差异无统计学意义。结论:鸦胆子油乳联合长效促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)曲普瑞林控释剂治疗晚期前列腺癌较单纯曲普瑞林控释剂治疗疗效好,安全性相当。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of gonadotropin 7 releasing hormone ana- logue（GnRHa） triptorelin and bruceolic oil emulsion in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods： From January 2007 to March 2009, sixty one patients with advanced prostate cancer were randomized parallel - controlled into two groups. The treatment group （31 patients） was treated by combination of triptorelin and bruceolic oil emul- sion,while to the control group （30 patients） treated by single triptorelin, observation for 6 months. Beforo and after the treatment, messured the level of serum prostate specific antigen, the level of serum testosterone, the change of KPS score. The occurrences of adverse events were evaluated as well. Results： 3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment vs before treatment, the level of serum prostate specific antigen and the level of serum testoster- one decreased significantly from baseline both in treatment group and control group 12.9% and 10% of adverse e- vents were recorded respectively in two groups,and no differences were found. Conclusion： Combination of gonado- tropin- releasing hormone analogue（GnRHa） triptorelin and bruceolic oil emulsion can enhance the efficacy,and is comparable to single triptorelin in the safety for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
