摘　　要：我们党历来高度重视人才工作,特别是进入新世纪,党中央已把人才问题提升到国家战略层面,提出了人才强国战略。公务员队伍建设是国家人才工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到党的执政能力和执政地位。本文在调查研究的基础上,分析了目前吉林省公务员队伍建设的现状及存在的主要问题,并结合省情实际提出了加强吉林省公务员队伍建设的相关对策。Our party has always attached great importance to human resources work,especially in the new century,the CPC Central Committee has the problem of talent to the national strategic level,this strategy is proposed.Civil construction is an important national component of the human resources work is directly related to the ruling party＇s ability and status.In this paper,based on research,analysis of the current construction status of civil servants in Jilin Province and the main problems,combined with the actual situation proposes strengthening the province of Jilin Province Civil Servants related countermeasures.
