摘　　要：图书馆员的导读意识与导读能力对于充分发挥图书馆在构建书香社会,倡导全民阅读中的核心地位至关重要。但是,在当前的大学图书馆学本科教育中,图书馆导读课程却备受冷落。作者针对这一现状以及产生的问题,呼吁在大学重建图书馆导读课程,并提出编写权威教材,建立完善的教学体系,重视实践教学等若干建议。The consciousness and capacity of librarian＇s reading guidance plays an important role in library advocating to the building of scholarly community and promoting of nationwide reading. In the current, however, the course of library reading guidance was being neglected in university undergraduate education. Aiming at this situation and its consequence, the author calls for re-constructing of the course of library reading guidance in the universities and gives some suggestions, such as compiling authoritative textbooks, improving teaching system and strengthening practice teaching for its re-construction.
