银杏达莫注射液治疗脑动脉硬化脑供血不全的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏达莫注射液治疗脑动脉硬化脑供血不全的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为脑动脉硬化脑供血不全的患者随机分成两组,对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏达莫注射液,每日1次,2周为1个疗程。结果:头昏、嗜睡、记忆力减退等症状及血液流变学检查治疗组明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液治疗脑动脉硬化脑供血不全安全有效。Objective： To observe clinical effect of Yinxingdamo Injection in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis brain blood supply insufficiency. Methods： The patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups, control group by conventional treatment, the treatment group were treated by Yinxingdamo Injection based on conventional treatment, qd, 2 weeks as a course of treatment. Results： Dizziness, drowsiness, hypomnesis and other symptoms and hemorheology in examination in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yinxingdamo Injection in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis cerebral blood supply insufficiency is safe and effective.
