摘　　要：根据本单位的实际状况,借鉴和学习其它院校的经验,根据人才培养方案,确定实验室层次与建设方向,强调管理和运行的保障策略,取得了良好的教学效果。The paper is based on the actual state of the laboratory,using and learning the experience of the other colleges for reference,according to the student development plan,defined the level of the laboratory and the direction of the construction.It stresses management and operating policy,and has achieved excellent teaching result already.
