摘  要:目的:观察低能量氦氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)对脑梗塞患者红细胞变形性和红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶的影响。方法:46例脑梗塞患者应用ILIB治疗,每日1次,10分钟;对照组42例单纯药物治疗。检测健康人、急性脑梗塞患者单纯药物治疗组及ILIB治疗组治疗前后红细胞变形性和红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶,并进行对照分析。结果:急性脑梗塞患者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性和红细胞变形性明显低于正常对照组,单纯药物治疗组治疗后酶活性及红细胞变形性提高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),ILIB治疗组治疗10次后Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及红细胞变形性明显提高,分别为0.198±0.11,0.389±0.091,与治疗前0.131±0.07,0.336±0.010比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:ILIB是治疗脑梗塞改善微循环障碍一种有效辅助疗法。Objective: In order to observe the effect of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) for erythrocyte deformity and its membrane Na+-K+-ATPase activity of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patients. Methods: 46 cases with ACI were treated with ILIB,once a day ,for 10 times. Another 42 cases as control group were only received the drug treatment.Before and after treatment,the erythrocyte deformity and membrane Na+-K+-ATPase activity were analysed and compared in both groups.While the above parameters of 25 healthy persons were detected too. Results: The study found that erythrocyte deformity and membrane Na+-K+-ATPase activity of ACI patients was obviously lower than the healthy persons.After ILIB 10 treatments,the above indexes of ACI patients were markedly increased 0.1980.11 and 0.3890.091 compared with the pre-ILIB treatment 0.310.07 and 0.3360.010( P<0.01). Of control gronp,there wasn't significant difference at pre- and post-treatment( P>0.05). Conclusion:ZIt is indicated that ILIB could enhence the erythrocyte deformability and Na+-K+-ATPase activity.It may improve the cerebral microcirculation.So it is an effective and cooperative therapy for ACI patients.
