摘　　要：有了健全的规章制度和明确的岗位职责,还必须有良好的执行力才能达到医院管理的整体目标。在实施医院精细化管理、提高医疗护理质量管理中,着力加强中层干部的管理培训及目标分解与考核,创建良好的执行文化,健全规章制度,完善管理流程,创新激励机制,确保患者安全,从而使医疗护理服务质量得到全面提升。Apart from comprehensive rules and clear position statement, favorable executive force is also needed to achieve the purpose in the hospital management. In the implementation of elaborate management, the management training, target decomposition and evaluation of middle - rank administrators was strengthened. Through creating good executive culture,perfecting rules and regulation,using scientific management methods,we formed a shared vision to ensure that all the staff make great efforts to the same goal and fully improve the quality of nursing service.
