摘  要:目的:观察紫外线照射液体输注(ultravioletliquidiradiation,UDI)疗法对兔脑缺血再灌注脑组织超微结构改变的影响。方法:制作兔脑缺血再灌注模型,分组进行不同的处理,应用透射电镜观察脑组织病理改变。结果:脑缺血再灌注时神经细胞明显破坏;UDI疗法或丹参均可减轻脑病理损害程度,经光量子化的丹参作用更显著。结论:UDI疗法对缺血脑组织有明显的保护作用,且与丹参药物联合应用有协同功效。UDI疗法脑保护作用的机制尚未完全明了,可能与改善花生四烯酸代谢、增加脑组织ATP生成等作用有关。Objective: To observe the effect of ultraviolet(UV)liquid irradiation on ultrastructure change of rabbit's cerebral ischemia re-perfusion. Methods: The models were performed in 40 rabbits.Then,the glucose Sol.and radix salviae miltiorrhize(RSM) Sol.irradiated by UV was used to take part in experiment.Experimental rabbits were divided into four groups:Group 1 and group 2 rabbits were only driped(I.V) with simple glucose and RSM Sol.respectively.Group 3 and group 4 rabbits were separately treated with UV glucose and RSM Sol.irradiation therapy.After treatment,the cerebral pathology change was detected in each rabbit. Results: During the cerebral ischemia re-perfusion,there were obvious injuries of neurons.At post-UV liquid irradiation therapy,the ultrastructure injuries in brain were reduced,but the effect of RSM Sol.was more obvious. Conclusion: It is demonstrated that UV liquid irradiation therapy has a cooperation and protection effect for cerebral ischemia.Although the mechanism is unknown completely,it is possibly related to metabolism of arachidonic acid and enhence the cerebral ATP production.
