摘  要:目的:采用激光增强荷瘤小鼠肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)活性,增强瘤鼠抗肿瘤免疫功能。方法:将小鼠分为5组,其中Ⅱ~Ⅳ组为激光照射脾区的不同时间组,采用双抗体夹心酶标法观测激光照射脾区后荷瘤小鼠TNF变化。结果:激光照射小鼠脾区后,Ⅱ~Ⅳ组的含量均较对照组(Ⅰ组)升高,差异均有非常显著性,P<0.01,说明激光作用于脾区具有促进TNF产生的作用。结论:氦氖激光照射脾区具有增强TNF活性及抗肿瘤效应。Objective: Using the laser to increase the activity of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) to enhence the tumor immune function. Methods: These etperimental rats were divided into five groups:Group - rats were radiated with laser at different time on spleen area. Double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the TNF change in mice with tumor. Results: Laser acted on spleen region promoting TNF production.Laser groups showed significantly changes( P<0.01) compared with control group. Conclusion: He-Ne laser may enhance TNF activity and antitumor function.
