淫羊藿提取物β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的筛选淫羊藿提取物β-环糊精包合物最佳制备工艺条件。方法采用乙醇回流法提取淫羊藿苷,并以淫羊藿苷的含量为指标,运用正交设计的方法对提取物β-环糊精包合物最佳制备工艺条件等诸因素进行考察。结果淫羊藿提取物β-环糊精包合物最佳制备工艺条件是含4.0 g淫羊藿苷的提取物,30.0 gβ-环糊精,蒸馏水400 ml;包合温度35℃,搅拌时间为1 h;包合物干燥温度60～80℃。结论上述制备工艺条件为最佳。Objective To optimize theβ-cyclodextrin（β-CD） complex preparation technology of icriin by ortthogonal design.Methods The icariin was extracted by the ethanol reflux,the quantity and concentration of ethanol extracting preparation technology of β-CD were investigated with the content of the icariin as an indicator.Results The optimum conditions of β-CD complex preparation were as follows： taking 40 g of the extraction,which was 30 g of β-CD,distilled water 400 ml,inclusion temperature 35℃,mixing time 1 h,drying temperature of the β-CD complex 60-80℃.Conclusion Given the above conditions is the best preparation techniques.
