摘　　要：目的探讨PEB方案治疗高危、耐药性绒毛膜癌的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析接受PEB方案化疗的26例高危、耐药性绒毛膜癌患者的临床资料,观察其疗效及毒副反应。结果 26例高危、耐药性绒毛膜癌患者共接受176个疗程的PEB方案化疗,平均疗程6.76个,总的完全缓解率为76.9%。其中15例初治高危患者总疗程数86个,平均疗程5.73个,12例完全缓解,3例耐药,完全缓解率80.0%。11例耐药患者总疗程90个,平均疗程8.18个,8例完全缓解,3例放弃,完全缓解率72.7%。该方案主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制、消化道反应及脱发。未发生致死性毒副反应。结论 PEB方案作为一种安全、有效的化疗方案,可用于高危、耐药性绒毛膜癌的治疗。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of PEB regimen for high-risk and drug-resistant choriocarinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 26 patients with high-risk and drug-resistant choriocarinoma who received chemotherapy PEB regimen,and the clinical efficacy and side effects were observed. Results Twenty-six patients with high-risk or drug-resistant choriocarinoma received a total of 176 cycles of PEB chemotherapy,with mean course of 6.76. The overall complete response rate was 76.9%,and 15 patients received 86 cycles of chemotherapy as initial treatment （mean 5.73 courses）,12 patients achieved complete remission and 3 relapsed,with an overall response rate of 80.0%. Eleven drug-resistant patients received 90 cycles of PEB chemotherapy （mean 8.18 courses）,8 patients achieved complete remission and 3 patients abandoned treatment, with an overall response rate of 72.7%. The main side effects of the PEB were bone marrow inhibition, nausea,vomiting and hair loss. No fatal toxicity occurred. Conclusion The chemotherapy regimen of PEB is safe and effective for the treatment of high-risk and drug-resistant choriocarinoma.
