肺癌中nm23基因的表达及意义

摘　　要：为研究ｎｍ２３基因产物与肺癌临床病理间的关系，应用ＳＡＢＣ免疫组化染色法检测６９例肺癌标本中ｎｍ２３基因产物二磷酸核苷激酶（ＮＤＰＫ）的表达。结果表明，ｎｍ２３在肺癌中有较高表达，阳性率为７９．７％（５５／６９），其中鳞癌１００％（３１／３１），腺癌７１．４％（２０／２８）、小细胞癌４０％（４／１０），在鳞癌中的表达较腺癌及小细胞癌高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ｎｍ２３的表达与肺鳞癌的分化程度无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）；与肺鳞癌、肺腺癌及其他癌有无肺门或纵隔淋巴结转移无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示肺癌的形成与转移和多基因、多步骤的遗传学改变有关，应同时研究ｎｍ２３基因与其他因素，以准确反映肺癌恶性生物学行为的重要特点。WTExpression of nucleoside diphosphate kinase(NDPK), a product of metastasis suppresor gene nm23, was detected by immunohistochemical technique in 69 cases of carcinoma of the lung. The total position rate was 79.7%, being higher in squamous cell tumors(P<0.05). But the nm23 protein expression has not related to the histological grade of the squamous cell tumors of the lung and metastasis of the cancer of the lung(P>0.05). Therefore whether nm23 might serves as a valuable marker in carcinoma of the lung need to be researched in further.
