藤茶的生药学研究

摘　　要：藤茶是湖南省江华瑶族自治县瑶族人民作为保健茶饮用的草药，系葡萄科植物显齿蛇葡萄 Ａｍｐｅｌｏｐｓｉｓ　ｇｒｏｓｓｅｄｅｎｔａｔａ（Ｈａｎｄ．－Ｍａｚｚ．） Ｗ．Ｔ．Ｗａｎｇ。我们的研究证明，藤茶主要含 ３、３、４、５、５＇、７－六羟基－２，３－双氢黄酮醇，即双氢杨梅树皮素（ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｍｙｒｉｃｅｔｉｎ）。双氢杨梅树皮素具有显著的扩张血管和钙拮抗作用。本文报道藤茶的形态和组织粉末显微特征，为藤茶的生药鉴定和利用提供参考依据。“Tengcha”, a folk medicinal herb used for centuries by the Yao nationality in Hunan province as a health care beverage, was botanically identified as Ampelopsis grossedentata (Hand. -Mazz. ) W. T. Wang (Vitaceas). Our recent study showed that it contains 3, 3', 4', 5, 5', 7-hexahydroxy-2, 3- dihy-droflavanonol (dihydromyricetin), which can inhibit the contraction of rabbit aortic strips evoked by noradrenaline and high K^(+) solution. The morphological and histological features for the identification of this Chinese medicinal herb is illustrated in this paper.
