2型糖尿病患者脑干听觉诱发电位的改变及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病(2DM)患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的改变,从而探讨BAEP对糖尿病患者脑干功能损害的检测价值。方法对50例2型糖尿病患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测,比较听觉通路左右耳损害及周围段与中枢段损害差别,并分析病程、空腹血糖对BAEP的影响。结果 (1)2DM患者BAEP左右耳比较潜伏期(PL)及潜伏期差(IPL)差异无统计学意义。(2)2DM患者BAEP中枢段与周围段比较,中枢段损害重于周围段,差异有统计学意义。(3)2DM患者BAEP异常与病程有相关性,与空腹血糖无相关性。结论 BAEP检测对2DM患者在无脑部受损临床症状时可以早期发现听神经是否受累及受累部位。Objective To analyse the change of type 2 diabetes（2DM）patient brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP）,thus discuss the examination value of BAEP to the diabetic brain stem function injury.Methods The brain stem sense of hearing evoked potential examination was carried out to 50 cases with 2DM,then the difference of the sense of hearing circuit between left and right ear and that of periphery section and the main center section were compared,then the course of disease and the influence of free blood sugar to BAEP were analyzed.Results 2DM patient BAEP of left and right ear showed no significant difference between incubation period（PL）and incubation period difference（IPL）（P〉0.05）.2DM patient BAEP main center section were compared with the periphery section,the main center injury was more serious than that of periphery section.The difference had significance in statistics（P〉0.05）.2DM patient BAEP had relevance with the course of disease（P〈0.05）,while had no relevance with free blood sugar（P〉0.05）.Conclusion To the 2DM patient,BAEP examination may discover whether and where the auditory nerve was injuried before clinical symptoms of the brain injury.
