摘 要:为了研究水平灰缝配筋对非烧结砌体干燥收缩的影响,在砌体干燥收缩和徐变的变形模型假设基础上,采用老化理论分析砌体徐变效应,得到水平灰缝配筋对砌体干燥收缩的影响系数。对3片配筋率分别为0%、0.105%和0.209%的混凝土空心砖砌体墙,在温度为20±5℃、相对湿度为40%±5%环境中进行为期300d的干燥收缩试验,试验结果与理论分析基本一致,表明考虑砌体徐变将减小水平灰缝配筋砌体截面拉应力和砌体干燥收缩,且配筋率越大砌体干燥收缩越小。In order to study the effect of joint reinforcement on drying shrinkage of unburned brick masonry,based on the hypothesis of time-dependent model of drying shrinkage and creep coefficient of masonry,the factor of joint reinforcement on drying shrinkage of masonry was obtained by the analysis of creep effect of masonry by the aging theory.In the controlled environment at the temperature of 20 ± 5℃ and relative humidity of 40% ± 5%,the drying shrinkage test of three concrete hollow brick masonry walls in which reinforcement ratios were 0%,0.105% and 0.209% respectively had been tested over a period of 300 days.Experimental results and theoretical analysis consistently show that the creep of masonry reduce the tensile stress in the section of the joint reinforcement masonry and drying shrinkage of masonry,and the greater reinforcement ratio the smaller the drying shrinkage of masonry.
