降逆和胃汤治疗非糜烂性反流病80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察降逆和胃汤治疗非糜烂性反流病的临床疗效。方法:160例符合纳入标准的非糜烂性反流病患者,随机分为2组。治疗组80例,口服降逆和胃汤,每天1剂;对照组80例,口服雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊10mg,每天2次;疗程均为8周。结果:应用降逆和胃汤和雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗非糜烂性反流病,均能明显改善患者的临床症状,治疗组总有效率为93.75%;对照组总有效率为80.00%;2组治疗后各症状积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),而治疗后治疗组病人的临床症状(如烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛、反食症状)与对照组比较有明显改善(P<0.05)。结果显示,应用降逆和胃汤治疗非糜烂性反流病,能明显改善患者的烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛及反食等临床症状,且近期疗效和停药3月后复发情况都明显优于雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊(P<0.05)。结论:降逆和胃汤对非糜烂性反流病具有较好的疗效。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jiangni Hewei Decoction on nonerosive reflux disease（NERD）. Methods： One hundred and sixty qualified NERD patients were equally randomized into the treatment group （n=80） and the control group （n=80）. The treatment group was treated with Jiangni Hewei Decoction orally, one dose per day. The control group was given rabeprazole, 10mg twice per day. The course of treatment lasted 8 weeks. Results： The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. After treatment, symptom scores were significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）. Improvement of clinical symptoms such as heartburn feeling, sour regurgitation, retrosternal pain and vomiting in the treatment group was more obvious （P 〈 0.05 compared with that in the control group）. Short-term therapeutic effect and recurrence after suspension for 3 months in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Jiangni Hewei Decoction exerts certain effect in treating NERD.
