抑癌基因RUNX3基因在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨RUNX3基因在结直肠癌中表达的生物学意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测120例结直肠癌组织RUNX3基因蛋白表达情况。结果 RUNX3基因与肿瘤分布无关,结肠和直肠表达无相关性。RUNX3基因在分化良好的肿瘤中比中等或低分化的表达高,并与Dukes分期相关,有转移组明显低于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论 RUNX3基因表达缺失与结直肠癌的侵袭、转移能力密切相关,可反映结直肠癌的预后,可作为判断结直肠癌生物学行为的一个指标。Objective It is to explore the biological significance of expression of RUNX3 gene in colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of RUNX3 gene protein in tissue of 120 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were detected by immunohistostaining method.Results RUNX3 had nothing to do with tumor distribution.There was no correlation between colon expression and rectum expression.The expression of RUNX3 gene was higher in tumor with well differentiation than that in tumor with mild or low differentiation,and it is related with Dukes stages,which was lower in metastasis group than that in non-metastasis group（P0.05）.Conclusion Expression absence of RUNX3 gene is closely related with the infestation and metastasis ability of colorectal cancer,which can predicting the prognosis of the tumor,and can be used as one index for diagnosing biological action of colorectal cancer.
