人心丛各副丛的解剖学观察

摘　　要：为了观察心丛各副丛有无个体差异 ,在 4 3(男 2 0 ,女 2 3)例经福尔马林固定的成人尸体上观察了各副丛的神经条数及其分布。结果按左心房神经丛的神经条数及有无直接分布到左心房后壁的神经分为两型。 型 (男 10 ,女8) :左心房神经丛分布于左心房后壁的神经为 8～ 12条 ,分布于左心房前壁者 5～ 11条 ;右心房神经丛 1～ 3条 ;右冠状动脉神经丛 3～ 7条 ;左冠状动脉神经丛 3～ 7条 ;右肺动脉后神经丛 7～ 11条 ,右肺动脉前神经丛 4～ 7条 ;左肺动脉神经丛 1～ 2条。 型 (男 10 ,女 15) :左心房神经丛分布于左心房前壁的神经为 2～ 4条 ;右心房神经丛 1～ 3条 ;右冠状动脉神经丛 3～ 7条 ;左冠状动脉神经丛 4～ 6条 ;右肺动脉后神经丛 5～ 8条 ,右肺动脉前神经丛 3～ 8条 ;左肺动脉神经丛 1～ 3条。左心房神经丛分布于左心房前壁的神经条数、右肺动脉后神经丛和右肺动脉前神经丛的神经条数 、 两型间有显著性差异。 4 1.86± 7.52 %的左心房有丰富的神经支配 ,这些神经不随血管分布 。To determine the individual differences of subsidiary plexuses of cardiac plexus, the number of nerves and the distribution of subsidiary plexuses of cardiac plexus were observed in 43 adult human cadavers (20 male, 23 female). The cadavers were divided into two types according to the number of nerves in the left atrial plexus and whether the nerves directly coursed into the posterior wall of the left atrium. Type Ⅰ∶18 cadavers (10 male, 8 female). 8～12 nerves coursed into the posterior wall of the left atrium. 5～11 nerves coursed into the anterior wall of the left atrium. Type Ⅱ∶25 cadavers (10 male, 15 female). 2～4 nerves coursed into the anterior wall of the left atrium. There was a statistical significance between Type Ⅰand Type Ⅱ. The results provide important morphological data for further research on the physiological significance of the left atrial plexus.
