摘　　要：目的为了解某市公安干警的健康变化情况,为疾病的早期治疗和预防提供可靠依据。方法对2008和2009年某市公安干警健康检查结果进行比较分析。结果 2009与2008年相比:高血压(χ2=15.07,P=0.000)、慢性咽炎(χ2=4.009,P=0.045)、高血糖(χ2=73.819,P=0.000)、乳腺增生(χ2=24.334,P=0.000)、前列腺增大(χ2=7.248,P=0.000)血脂异常(χ2=15.969,P=0.000)的检出率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),高血压、高血糖、乳腺增生、前列腺增大的检出率有明显升高(P<0.01)。超重(χ2=2.73,P=0.098)、肥胖(χ2=3.116,P=0.078)、视力不佳(χ2=0.441,P=0.507)、龋齿(χ2=0.794,P=0.373)、高尿酸血症(χ2=0.474,P=0.491)、脂肪肝(χ2=1.378,P=0.240)的检出率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康检查结果显示,某市公安干警的健康状况不容乐观,必须加强预防和控制。[ Objective ] To understand the change of health condition of policemen, and provide reliable evidence for early treatment and prevention of disease. [ Methods ] Health examination results of policemen were compared between 2008 and 2009. [ Results ] Comparing the examination results between 2008 and 2009 ： the detection rates of hypertension （χ2= 15.07, P = 0.000）, Chronic Pharyngitis （ χ2 = 4. 009, P = 0.045）, hyperglycemia （χ2 = 73.819, P = 0. 000 ）, breast hyperplasia （χ2= 24. 334, P = 0.000 ）, prostate enlargement （χ2 = 7. 248, P = 0.000 ） and dyslipidemia （χ2 = 15. 969, P = 0.000 ） were statistically different （P 〈 0.05）. The deteetion rates of hypertension, hyperglycemia, breast hyperplasia, prostate enlargement increased signifieantly in 2009（P 〈 0.01）. The detection rate of overweight （χ2= 2.73, P = 0.098） , Obesity （χ2 = 3.116, P = 0. 078 ） , poor visual sight （χ2= 0. 441 ,P = 0. 507）, caries （χ2 = 0. 794, P = 0. 373 ）, hyperuricemia （χ2 = 0. 474, P = 0. 491 ） , fatty Liver （χ2 = 1. 378, P = 0.240 ） had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The results shows the health condition of policemen in a city is not optimistic that the prevention and control should be strengthened.
