摘　　要：机关食堂的营养配膳重在菜品搭配和食物种类的组合;此外,营养宣传和平衡膳食指导对促进机关食堂就餐职工合理选择和搭配食物更为重要。The key to cafeteria food planning in governmental agencies is to coordinate different dishes and foods to provide a balanced diet for the diners. Besides, popularization of knowledge about food and nutrition as well as instructions on how to achieve a balanced diet will also help the diners to rationally choose their meals.
