摘  要:针对陇南市的自然、经济和生态条件,运用现代生态学理论,采用叠置法,以主导因素的区划界线为模板,综合分析其它非主导因素的区划界线,以相重合的界限或平均位置作为新区划的界限,最终确定生态功能的区划界线,对其进行了生态功能区划。陇南市辖区划分为2个一级生态区、2个二级生态亚区和11个三级生态功能区,包括水源涵养与生物多样性生态功能区、农业与水土保持生态功能区、滑坡及泥石流重点控制区,并针对不同功能区土地资源的特点,探讨了各区的环境友好型土地利用模式,提出了土地资源区域治理措施和土地利用的方向。Based on the assessments of regional integration of society,economy and eco-environment,using modern ecology and overlay method,taking the zoning boundaries of the dominant factor as a template,analyzing other non-dominant factor in the zoning boundaries comprehensively and taking coincidences or average location as the new boundaries,the ecological function zoning boundaries were determined. The regions of ecological function were also devided. The results showed that ecological function regions of Longnan could be divided into two big ecological regions,two sub-ecological regions and eleven ecological function zones,which contained water conservation and biological diversity、soil and water conservation and agricultural district、key-controlled area of landslide and mud-rock flow. Based on the study,the environment-friendly landuse patterns in every district were discussed according to the characteristics of land resources. At last,how to govern regional landuse resources and its governing direction were also discussed.
