摘 要:目的:观察茴香枳术汤对大鼠粘连性肠梗阻组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及病理的影响,为深入探讨茴香枳术汤对粘连性肠梗阻的作用机制提供依据。方法:制备大鼠粘连性肠梗阻模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、大承气汤组、茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组。给予相应药物治疗,分别于治疗后第3,5,7天,共3个时间点,每时间点6只;处死大鼠取肠组织匀浆,测定组织SOD活性和MDA含量,取粘连肠组织,观察病理变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组组织SOD活性明显下降(P<0.05),组织MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,大承气汤组、茴香枳术汤低剂量组、茴香枳术汤中剂量组和茴香枳术汤高剂量组组织SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05),组织MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05),病理显示肠粘连逐渐松解。结论:茴香枳术汤具有良好的治疗粘连性肠梗阻的作用,其主要作用机制与抗肠组织过氧化损伤有关。Objective: To observe the effects of Huixiang Zhizhu soup (HX-S) on superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialde hyde(MDA) and pathomorphology in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction, and provide experimental evidence for the realitionship of SOD, MDA and pathomorphology change with the adhesive intestinal obstruction of HX-S. Method:The Wister rat model of adhesive intestinal obstruction. One hundred and eight rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, Dachengqi soup (DS)group, HX-S low dosage (HX- SL) group, HX-S middle dosage (HX-SM) group and HX-S high dosage (HX-SH) group. Succeed in the model. The rats were killed after three days, five days and seven days adopt the intestine tissue to, with 6 rats in each subgroup. The levels of SOD and MDA in intestine tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay, adopt the intestine tissue to observe the change of pathomorphology. Result: Compared with those in normal group, the level of intestine tissue SOD were decreased obviously, and the level of intestine tissue MDA were increased obviously in model group(P 〈0.05); Compared with those in model group, the level of intestine tissue SOD were increased obviously, and the level of intestine tissue MDA were decreased obviously (P 〈 0.05 ) and pathomorphology investigation small intestine injury had been restored in model group in DS group, HX-SL group, HX-SM group and HX-SH group. Conclusion: HX-S has good action effect in rats with adhesive intestinal obstruction, and its mechanism may be correlated with anti-intestine tissue peroxidatiou.
