摘　　要：应对突发公共事件下,高校的学生管理和教育关系到整个高校的安全稳定,而高校思想政治教育工作是学生管理和教育的生命线。新时期体育院校大学生出现了很多新特点,我们的思想政治教育工作也采取了新举措。本文通过对突发公共事件的概念、分类、特征的分析,剖析了新时期体育院校大学生的特点,并提出了相应的对策,以期为体育学院学生工作提出合理化意见。Responding to public emergencies, the university＇s student management and education are related to security and stability of the entire university, and ideological and political education is the lifeblood of student management and education. There have been many new features for students of physical education colleges in the new period, so, our ideological and political education has also taken new initiatives. Based on analyzing the concept, classification and feature of public emergencies, this paper analyzes the students＇ characteristics of physical education colleges in the new period and proposes the corresponding countermeasures, so as to make reasonable comments for the physical education colleges＇ students.
