摘　　要：在线信息咨询服务是基于互联网为用户提供咨询、帮助用户获取信息的咨询服务,它具有针对性、主动性、引导性、灵活性等显著特征。鉴于现状分析,介绍了在线信息咨询服务的方式,提出了加强高校图书馆在线信息咨询服务的策略。Online information Service is based on the internet to provide users with advice, and help users access to information consulting services. It has targeted initiative, and guide, flexibility and other significant features. Viewing of the situation analysis, this paper introduced the online information consuhancy services, proposed to strengthen the university library online information consulting service strategies.
