乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清脂联素浓度与相关因素的关系

摘　　要：目的观察乙型肝炎肝硬化(liver cirrhosis,LC)患者血清脂联素浓度,探讨其与相关因素的关系。方法选择67例LC患者,依据Child-Pugh评分分为A级、B级和C级3组。应用ELISA法检测血清脂联素,同时检测血脂、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)和HBV DNA。测量人体身高、体质量,计算身高体质量指数(BMI)。20例健康体检者为正常对照组。结果各研究组血清脂联素浓度明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),并与Child-Pugh分级相关;与血脂、血糖、HBV DNA和BMI均无相关性。结论 LC患者血清脂联素浓度明显升高,与肝脏功能储备相关。Objective To observe serum adiponectin levels in patients with hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis（LC）,and explore the relationship between adiponectin levels and correlative factors.Methods A total of 67 patients with hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis were divided into A,B and C three groups according to Child-Pugh score.Serum adiponectin was detected by ELISA.At the same time,blood lipids,fasting blood glucose（FBG） and HBV DNA were detected.After measurement of the body height and weight,body mass index（BMI） was calculated.Twenty healthy adults were selected as normal control group.Results Serum adiponectin levels in patients with liver cirrhosis were significantly higher than those of normal control group（P0.05 or 0.01）.Adiponectin levels correlated with Child-Pugh classification.But,were not in correlated with serum lipids,blood glucose,HBV DNA and BMI.Conclusion Serum adiponectin levels in patients with hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis are significantly elevated,and adiponectin levels correlated with liver function reserve.
