摘 要:采用现代化仪器结合常规手段全面真实评价黏土稳定剂性能。利用X衍射检测峰高及峰面积大小评价药剂处理后黏土层间距及结晶度;热失重评价黏土中自由水及结合水FT-IR利用硅氧键与层间水吸收峰比率变化对比,分析层间水含量的变化;通过扫描电镜观察粘土晶型验证上述评价方法的一致性,静态膨胀法与上述仪器方法对照药剂防膨性能可靠性。从黏土膨胀及防膨机理上评价黏土稳定剂的综合效果。Using modern experimental instruments and conventional methods, the property of clay sta- bilizers was evaluated. The interlayer distance and crystallinity of the fungicide-treated clay was evaluated by detecting the peak height and peak area of X Ray Diffraction. Thermal weight loss analysis was used to find free water and bound water of clay. Analysis of the ratio of FT-IR absorption peak of S-O bond and interlayer water revealed the change of the quantity of the interlayered water. Scan- ning electron microscope was applied to observe the crystal form of clay, which was consistent with the above evaluation methods. Static expansion method proved the reliability of the above instrumental methods. The comprehensive effect of the clay stabilizers was evaluated from the clay swelling and mechanism of preventiing expansion.
