摘 要:为了研发出能够和现场某型挖掘机斗齿座配套的新型复合材料斗齿,在缺乏原设计图纸的情况下,首要的问题是获知和铲斗铲齿相配的斗齿内腔形状和尺寸以及销孔位置等关键设计尺寸。鉴于斗齿的外形和内腔形状复杂,难以用常规测量器具准确测得有配合要求型面的形状和尺寸,为此确定了基于实物逆向工程(RE)的技术路线,来获得具有足够反求精度的斗齿CAD模型及配合尺寸。就各反求环节的策略和要点作了扼要说明。依据反求三维实体模型生成的工程图样采用消失模铸造工艺试制的斗齿,经过现场的试装和试用,取得了一次性成功,说明所采用的技术路线和模型重建方法实用、有效。To develop new-type composite material dipper teeth which will fit its holder of excavator in service,the key data such as inner shapes and dimensions of dipper teeth and location of pinhole shall be acquired first since lacking for original drawing of the tooth. In view of the complicated outer and inner shape of dipper teeth,it is hard to measure the shapes and dimensions of surfaces which have fit requirements. Therefore,the reverse engineering(RE) technology based on definite objects was determined to acquire CAD model and fitted dimension of the dipper tooth with adequate reversely-designed precision. Strategies and points of each reversely-designed step were briefly presented. According to the drawings generated from reversely-designed 3D model,the dipper teeth were made by lost casting technology,which proved successful one time after field assembly and test run. The results indicated that the applied technology and model reconstructing method were practical and effective.
