摘  要:吸入容积效率是大口径活塞泵泵送性能的综合性技术指标,它不仅关系到泵运行的工作效率,而且影响到管道输送流量大小的计算。采用自行研制的高浓度黏稠物料吸入特性测试装置,以质量分数、吸料速度和料缸长径比3种主要影响因素,分别对煤泥、造纸污泥、电石泥的吸入容积效率进行试验研究。在吸料速度不大于0.3m/s的条件下,随着吸料速度的增加,吸入容积效率逐渐减小;随着料缸长径比的变化,吸入容积效率几乎保持不变。以上研究成果能够为大口径活塞泵结构优化设计及泵送特性的研究提供试验数据。The suction volumetric efficiency is the comprehensive technical index of the pumping performance of the large caliber piston pump. It is not only related to the operation efficiency,but also affects the calculation of the conveyance flow in pipelines. A self-developed pump suction volumetric efficiency testing device was applied to test the suction properties of the piston pump used for coal slime,paper sludge and calcium carbide mud with taking mass fraction,suction velocity and slenderness ratio of hydraulic cylinder as major affecting factors. The results show that the suction volumetric efficiency decreases gradually with the increase in mass fraction. When the suction velocity of the suction cylinder is less than or equals to 0.23m/s,the suction volumetric efficiency increases with the increase in suction velocity. With the changes of the slenderness ratio of suction cylinder,the suction volumetric efficiency almost remains unchanged. The above results provide test data for structural optimization of the large caliber piston pump and experimental research on pumping characteristics.
