摘 要:针对光学扫描仪采集点云数据的特点,以犁体曲面为研究对象,引入圆形标签作为扫描时的识别点及多视拼接的基准点,经合理规划后获取点云数据。从噪声去除、多视拼接、数据平滑与精简等方面讨论了点云数据预处理方法,重点研究基于标签点的多视拼接,提出了人机交互模式下多视点云数据统一方法,实例表明拼接误差可控制在0.05 mm之内,运行时间可缩短30 s左右。并利用逆向工程软件Im ageware完成了犁体曲面的构建,为探索逆向工程在农机产品设计制造中的应用提供借鉴。According to the features of obtaining point clouds by optical scanners,a plow surface is taken as the research object,and the round labels are introduced as the identifiers while scanning an object and as the datum points while registering multi-view point clouds.Then the point cloud data of the plow was obtained after planning reasonably.This paper also discussed the methods of point-data pre-processing,which include noise data deletion,multi-view registration,data smoothing and reduction etc.,and paid more attention to multi-view registration based on round labels,the multi-view data integrated method is proposed under the pattern of human-computer interaction.The example indicates that the registration error is within 0.05mm,computer running time is shortened about 30 s.In addition,the plow surface was constructed by the preprocessed point-data of the plow with software Imageware.This work will provide references for researching the application of reverse engineering in the design and manufacture of agricultural machinery.
