摘  要:以神丹蛋用鹌鹑(Coturnix coturnix Linnaeus)配套系的生产性能为研究目标,通过与南京农业大学、台湾省、湖北省等地3个蛋用鹌鹑配套系的对比,进行了生产性能的试验。结果显示,神丹鹌鹑经过4个世代的育种后,其蛋重、体重等性状的均匀度较好,14周龄的产蛋率能够达到80%以上,并能够很好地维持,其产蛋率在16、18、20周龄时都高于80%,与其他3个配套系差异显著(P<0.05)。神丹鹌鹑20周龄的个体产蛋数达到了73枚,与其他3个配套系的差异达到了极显著的水平(P<0.01);并且料蛋比为2.70∶1,优于其他3个配套系,但是差异没有达到显著性水平。4个蛋用鹌鹑配套系的健雏率都在93%以上,但是在受精率和受精蛋的孵化率上,神丹鹌鹑较南京农业大学蛋用鹌鹑配套系低,说明神丹鹌鹑在这2个性状上还有提升的空间。To study the production performance synthetic line of Shendan egg quail (Coturnix coturnix Linnaeus), local breeds from Nanjing Agricultural University, Taiwan Province and Hubei Province were compared with the synthetic line of Shendan egg quail to get the data of production performance. The result was as follow, the degree of uniformity about egg weight and body weight of Shendan egg quail was better than the others after the selection of four generation. At 14 wk of age, the laying rate of Shendan egg quail was higher than 80% and maintained to 20 wk of age. The laying rate of Shendan egg quail was significantly (P0.05) higher than others in this period. At 20 wk of age, the individual egg production of Shendan egg quail was 73, significantly (P0.01) larger than the other three groups. The egg to feed ratio of Shendan egg quail was 2.70∶1 at 20 wk of age and had no significant difference with other groups. There was no significant difference in healthy chick rate among the groups. The fertilization rate and hatch rate of Shendan egg quail were lower than synthetic line of Nanjing Agricultural University egg quail.
