联用疏肝理脾片和柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中成药疏肝理脾片和柳氮磺胺吡啶合用治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选择2006年1月-2009年11月来我院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者218例,随机分为两组,治疗组服用自拟疏肝理脾片和柳氮磺吡啶片治疗;对照组服用柳氮磺胺吡啶片。结果治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率88%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论疏肝理脾片联用柳氮磺吡啶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,副作用小,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of Sulfasalazine combined with Shuganlipi tablet on ulcerative colitis. Methods Totally 218 patients with ulcerative colitis who consulted the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2006 to November 2009 were randomly divided into two groups（each n=109）.The patients in treatment group were given Shuganlipi tablet and Sulfasalazine orally,while the patients in control group took Sulfasalazine orally. Result The total effective rate of treatment group was 96%,and that of control group was 88%.The therapeutic effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusions Sulfasalazine combined with Shuganlipi tablet will bring about satisfactory clinical efficacy and lower side-effects in treatment of ulcerative colitis.It is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
