摘　　要：目的探讨泪腺导管囊肿的临床特点,总结手术体会。方法回顾2002年1月至2009年5月手术切除的33例泪腺导管囊肿的资料,分析临床特点及治疗情况。结果术前明确诊断及术中仔细操作可显著提高本病的治愈率并减少术后复发率。结论熟悉泪腺导管囊肿的临床诊治特点,可取得较好的手术效果。Objective To discuss the clinical character of dacryops and the surgical experience. Methods The data from 3 patients with dacryops diagnosed in our department from January 2002 to May 2009 were retrospectively.The clinical character and the surgical treatment were discussed. Results Correct preoperation diagnosis and careful operation can elevate the cure rate and decrease the recurrence rate. Conclusion Mastering of the diagnosis and therapy of the dacryops should get good surgical result.
