摘　　要：目的探讨如何避免隐匿性巩膜破裂伤漏诊。方法对6例(6眼)隐匿性巩膜破裂伤原因进行回顾、分析及防止措施。结果 6眼被漏诊的隐匿性巩膜破裂伤,由于未及时手术,导致视力继续下降。结论全面采集病史,细致体格检查,借助CT扫描,可降低漏诊率。Objective To explore how to avoid miss-diagnosing latent rupture in sclera. Methods We retrospectively analysed the reasons of 6 cases（6 eyes）missed diagnosis in latent rupure of sclera. Results 6 eyes with latent rupure in sclera were miss diagnosed.The vision vision were decline badly without operation in time. Conclusion The rate of missed diagnosis would be reduced greatly through fully history-taking,micromesh medical examination and CT scan.
