摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合联合全泪道置管术治疗泪囊黏液囊肿的治疗效果。方法鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合联合全泪道置管术治疗泪囊黏液囊肿15例（16眼）。男2例（2眼）,女13例（14眼）。术后每周行泪道冲洗2次,1个月后每月冲洗1次,3~4个月拔管,拔管后每周冲洗1次。再1个月后每月冲洗1次,共3次。结果拔管后随访时间3~11个月,平均随访时间（6±1）个月。其中14眼（87.5%）治愈,2眼（12.5%）好转。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合联合全泪道置管术治疗泪囊黏液囊肿效果良好。Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of dacryocysto rhinostomy under nasal endoscope with the whole lacrimal passage intubation.in patients with mucocele of lacrimal sac.Methods Dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope associated with retaining of slender silicon tube in the whole lacrimal passage was applied in 16 eyes of 15 patients with mucocele in lacrimal sac.Irigation of lacrimal passages were made twice a week in the first month after the operation and then once a month in the following three months.The silicon tube was removed 3-4 months after surgery.Irrigation of sacrimal passage was done once a week in the first month after extubation,then once a week in the following three months.Results Follow-up were processed after extubation for 3-11 months,6 months in average.The clinical symptom and signs of I4（87.5%） eyes were cured,2 eyes （12.5%） were improved.Conclusion The technique of dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope associated with the whole lacrimal passage intubation in treatment of mucocele in lacrimal sac has good result.
