摘　　要：目的探讨晚期残余性青光眼合并白内障的手术治疗效果。方法对晚期残余性青光眼合并白内障2 5例3 0眼其中11例为孤眼(另眼已盲),进行白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入并联合复合式小梁切除术,术前术后检查视力、眼压、视野、眼底及前房角等,术后随访3个月以上。结果术后眼压均较术前明显降低,视力较术前提高。结论对晚期残余性青光眼合并白内障手术治疗仍为较好方法,摘出晶状体加深前房、使前房角开放增加房水引流,能明显降低眼压和改善视力,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of operation for late stage remnant glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods There were 25 cases（30 eyes,11 cases were only one-eye）.They were pertbrmed with phacoemulsification,intraocular lens（IOL） implantation and compound trabeculectomy.We observed visual acuity,intraocular pressure（IOP）,visual field,fundus,filtration and depth of anterior chamber preoperatively and postoperati.All cases were followed up more than 3 months. Results After the operation,the IOP decreased significantly in all cases and the visual acuity improved. Conclusion The surgical treatment is a cetter methods for the late stage remnant glaucoma combined with cataract.This method can deepen anterior chamber and open the adhered anterior chamber angle to increase the aqueous drainage.It can reduce IOP obviously and improve the visual acuity.It can imqrove the quality of life to patients.
