摘　　要：目的观察双层巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床疗效。方法对31例（严重眼球破裂伤20例,角膜溃疡穿孔5例,角膜葡萄肿4例,眼球萎缩2例）常规行眼内容摘除双层巩膜覆盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术。术后随访12~24个月。结果术后反应轻,外观及活动度好,无义眼座暴露或脱出等并发症发生。结论本术式简便易操作,术中患者痛苦小,术后并发症少,恢复快,术后能有效预防义眼座暴露。Objective To observe the effect of double-scleral covered hydroxyapatite orbital implantation. Methods 31 case（20 cases of severe ocular rupture,5 cases,of corneal ulcer perforation,4 cases of corneal staphyloma,2 cases of ocular atrophy had undergone routine evisceration and double the sclera covered hydroxyapatite implantation,They were followed up for 12~24 months. Results The postoperative reaction was mild,the appearance and movement were good.There was no orbital implant exposure,extrusion or other complications occurred. Conclusion This technique is simple and easy operation,with little pain,fewer complications and earlier recovery after surgery.Implant exposure could be prevented effectively.
