摘 要:将不同萌发状态的小麦种子(吸胀、萌动、发芽)分别置于干燥壤土(含水量8%以下)中,经20,40,60d处理后,再恢复供水,发现发芽处理先从枯芽基部向上逐渐转绿,继而长出叶片,并长出新生根,各处理恢复生长的能力以发芽处理为最强。生理指标检测表明发芽种子经干旱处理,在恢复供水后具有较强的恢复能力,这可能与种子内积累有较多的麦芽糖有关,干旱胁迫虽对不同萌发状态的种子有伤害,但各处理种子均能正常出苗。Wheat seeds in different sprouting state (water uptaking, sprousing and spring) were put into dry soil (8% water contents below), and rewatered after 20, 40 and 60 days. The observation results showed that wheat seed in the spring treatment turned green first from the spring bottom to up gradually, then grew leavies and new roots. Among all treatments, the activity of recovering growth is the strongest in spring treatment. After rewatering, the recovering avtivity of spring treatment is stronger as a result of accumulation of mere malt sugar in seed. Water stress is harmful to seed in different sprouting state, but the seedling can be appeared nomally in all treatments.
