摘　　要：针对机械工程类专业培养现状,结合嘉兴学院机电工程实验中心的MDX-540数控雕刻机特点,设计了制造加工的综合实践教学项目.通过实际教学检验证明,设计的数控加工实训项目具有可操作性强、加工过程安全可靠等突出优点,并能较好地培养学生的数控加工编程及操作能力,符合地方性本科院校高级应用型人才的培养目标.Considering the present situation of mechanical engineering specialty, a synthetic practice training item for machining is designed, which combines the features of MDX 540 engraving machine in the experimental center of mechanical and electrical engineering in Jiaxing University. According to the actual teaching test, the item of experiment and training has several outstanding merits, such as high maneuverability, security in the process of mach!ning, etc. , and through the item, the students＇capability of NC programming and operation can be promoted rapidly. The item accords with the aim of cultivating applied talents of high - class in local universities.
